Our Mums and Bubs Exercise class is designed for mums to bring their babies and or toddlers and get a good workout done at the same time. Our classes will provide you with the ongoing support you need through out your fitness journey with our specifically designed prenatal and postnatal workouts. These gentle workouts will suit all mums looking to get back into shape even years after having their babies. These classes are also a great opportunity to play and interact with your child as you can incorporate them into the routines, this also supports them to enhance their social skills.
